Our claim to fame is the development of our patented tamper evident padlock and seal control system for specific applications in the retail industry and we have successfully lowered shrinkage for the FMCG market of South Africa’s major retail industries.
Locksecure was established in 1999 by Johann Visagie and Pierre Taljaard (deceased) by developing our tamper evident Patented Lock and Seals systems after identifying a gap in the FMCG market. Locksecure has since then expanded its product and services range from traditional locksmithing (mechanical products) to include the sale, installation and maintenance of various electronic products as can be viewed under “Our Products” and “Our Services”.
Today, Locksecure has offices in Pretoria, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo and KwaZulu-Natal with various additional technical hubs from which we service the whole of South Africa and neighbouring countries.
